Dr. Ryan Anderson received his undergraduate degree in Biopsychology from Miami University of Ohio and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2013 at National University of Health Sciences in Chicago. After graduation, Dr. Anderson began practicing at Ohio’s premier performance enhancement facility among a team of physical therapists, athletic trainers, CrossFit coaches, and yoga instructors to provide the best functional care for athletes.
Dr. Anderson utilizes a whole person approach to health and wellness. This means establishing a strong relationship with each patient to focus on the underlying causes of pain and primary prevention. To support his approach, Dr. Anderson has taken numerous courses in areas including sports performance, rehabilitation, clinical nutrition, and functional immunology.
Dr. Anderson especially enjoys working with athletes and active individuals of all skill levels to meet their goals and prevent future injuries. He has additional training in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal and soft tissue related conditions through techniques including active release technique, the McKenzie Method, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Kinesio-Taping, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys cooking, traveling with his family, and has an appreciation for all sports, especially soccer, tennis, and snowboarding.
